For our grass to grow we need rain.
Rain sometimes comes with struggle, but these obstacles teach us the lessons that we need to learn and grow.

When it rain, it pours.
The storm can be tough, strenuous, and exhausting. Sometimes we feel like we won’t be able to make it through. But with God’s help, we can weather the storm.

Mississippi and the South knows all about struggle. We have experienced, seen, felt, and endured the rain. But we are not defined by the struggles we have faced.

Struggles are just lessons.
Lessons that we need to grow stronger, wiser, and better.
